World Mental Health Day

Monday, October 10, 2022

World Mental Health Day is a global awareness day intended to promote mental health advocacy and educate the public on relevant issues. World Health Day was initially an annual activity of the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) and is now recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) on October 10 every year. Priority for the Disabled supports the global initiative to improve quality of care and promote rights of people living with mental health conditions, and psychosocial, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities.
